help!!!

i'm having a major cramp right now. can't move that much. my chest, stomach and back are in pain. already ate the painkiller yet nothing happened. supposedly someone had to cook for dinner yet she's not at home. the least she could do is to text but i guess something might come up that she forgotten to do that so. i'm not in the mood of calling the pizza guy for delivery. guess i'll just puasa today. hungry3. i just lay sit back and relax today because it's my 1st day and usually it's something like this. can't move much though.
